Dr. Ryan B. Turner, a board-certified dermatologist in New York City who practices cosmetic dermatology, general dermatology, surgical dermatology, and laser surgery. He uses the latest scientific research to guide his approach to the management of numerous dermatologic concerns. 

He has been named repeatedly as a New York Rising Star in the publication of the New York Times Magazine Super Doctors edition. He has recently been featured in publications which include Bustle, GQ, Allure, Byrdie, and Vanity Fair.

Dr. Turner graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He received his Doctor of Medicine with honors from Harvard Medical School receiving the Henry Asbury Christian Award for his research accomplishments. He completed his internship in medicine and his dermatology residency at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Massachusetts General Hospital, respectively. He has also completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Procedural Dermatology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

He currently holds an appointment as Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals such as Nature, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and Archives of Dermatology.

Dr. Nazarian is an accomplished Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University, graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology. Dr. Nazarian then completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at the University of Virginia and subsequently received her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she graduated with a distinction in research award. During her time in medical school, she completed a research fellowship in the field of oncodermatology, focusing her research on the best treatment practices for radiation dermatitis to support patients as they completed their cancer treatment. After medical school, she completed her internship in Medicine at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, followed by Dermatology Residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.

Dr. Nazarian has a robust record of contributing to research in her field and has published dozens of peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters. She has presented her work at both national and international conferences, helping to further advance scientific research in the field of dermatology.

Dr. Nazarian is committed to clinical excellence in all areas of dermatology, including medical management and skilled procedural treatments for disorders of the hair, skin, and nails.  She prioritizes her patients’ concerns, offering a compassionate and empathetic patient-centered approach.  Dr. Nazarian is an expert in treating dermatologic conditions in all skin types, including skin of color. She is dedicated to treating the entire patient in a holistic approach, with a passion for staying up to date with cutting edge advances in the field of dermatology.
